  • You have read, understood and agree to adhere to the disclaimer of the site.
  • Crop House Seed Bank can at any time cancel an order without advance warning or notice, if we are given any reason to believe that a customer is acting in any way contrary to our company disclaimer or the terms and conditions of this site.
    • If your seeds arrive with you in anything less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately. Please open any packages immediately. If items are damaged but we are notified more than 7 days after they have arrived we cannot be of any assistance.
    • In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order from us please contact us as soon as possible and our customer service team will be on hand to assist you. After 90 days we are no longer able to offer replacements or refunds if we have not been contacted during this period regarding any product non-satisfactory issues.
    • If they are damaged please keep all packaging that they arrived in as we will request information from you about how they arrived, and how much damage there was to external packaging and we will also ask for clear photos of the damaged seeds themselves.
    • We reserve the right to adjust prices and promotions at any time on our site without prior notification.
    • We always try our best to ensure that our website is accurate and up to date. That information on strains is correct for information purposes, that prices are accurate and take into account any current sales or discount offers. But sometimes some mistakes can happen and we will not be required to honour any incorrect prices that are displayed on the site.

    International warnings

    • We dispatch our seeds on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of Cannabis seeds often differ from country to country. For this reason, we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. It is your responsibility to check with your local laws. As a Crop House Seed Bank customer, you are prohibited from distributing our seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal. This site is intended for those persons 20 years of age and older.
    • For your own protection we ‘require’ you to inquire about and comply with all local laws and international laws governing the purchase of marijuana seeds/cannabis seeds in your part of the world. In many countries, it is illegal to germinate these cannabis seeds. By ordering, ‘you confirm that you checked your local and international law and it is safe to do so’ and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you.
