Shipping Methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: For customers in Thailand and international orders, we offer shipping through reliable postal services.
  2. Local Pickup (Bangkok): If you’re in Bangkok and prefer a hands-on approach, you can choose to pick up your order locally. Just select this option during checkout and we’ll provide you with the pickup details.
  3. Cash on Delivery: If you would like to pay cash on delivery please select this option. We will then schedule a delivery for you. Please note this service is only available in Bangkok.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Within Thailand: Orders shipped within Thailand typically arrive at your doorstep within 24 to 72 hours from the time of purchase.
  • International Shipping: We’re delighted to offer international shipping to various destinations, including Australia, Europe, Canada, USA, South Africa, New Zealand, Japan and selected Asian countries upon request. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on your location.

Shipping Fees:

  • Within Thailand: Good news! Shipping within Thailand is absolutely free. We want to make it as convenient as possible for our local customers.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee based on the destination country. This fee will be calculated during the checkout process.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, we provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery. This way, you’ll always know where your package is.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered. We will reship your order free of charge, but please note that this offer is limited to a single reshipment. If, unfortunately, the order is lost again, we kindly ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.

Return policy

If you change your mind and no longer want your order you must notify us via email before the order has been dispatched so that the order can be cancelled.

Once an order has been shipped if you want to cancel the order you must contact our customer service team who will provide you with our returns address. In this instance, you will need to cover both the shipping fee and also the cost of returning the package to us. When you receive the package, if you still intend to return it please DO NOT open the package at all, once a package has been opened we will not be able to accept it as a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
